Manufacturing of Induced Draft Fan Rotor and Stator

The Manufacturing of Induced Draft Fan Rotor and Stator project was carried out as part of Engineering Services to support the fabrication of a complete ID Fan Rotor and Stator set for a 135 MW unit. The work covered the main manufacturing stages from raw material forming, casting component preparation, static casing manufacture, shaft machining, impeller fabrication and welding, up to final balancing of the ID Fan impeller.
