Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7–10 years of experience in turbomachinery or rotating equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of steam/gas turbines and compressors.
- Skilled in diagnostic tools, vibration analysis, and engineering software.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Job Description
- Lead and supervise engineering projects for turbomachinery (steam turbines, gas turbines, compressors, pumps, and related equipment).
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical assessments.
- Review and prepare engineering drawings, reports, and documentation.
- Support reverse engineering and part manufacturing activities.
- Provide on-site technical support during inspections, overhauls, and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
