This project involved the rotor reconditioning of a steam turbine generator for a fertilizer producer in Southeast Asia, with the objective of restoring rotor integrity, improving operational stability, and supporting long-term equipment reliability. As a critical rotating component, the rotor required a controlled reconditioning process combining inspection, precision correction, targeted repair, and strict quality assurance.
