Rebabbit Bearing DE & NDE Generator Rotor 22 MW

This project covered the rebabbitting of DE and NDE bearings for a 22 MW generator rotor as part of bearing refurbishment and performance restoration work. The scope included receiving inspection, cleaning, removal of old babbitt material, surface tinning, babbitt layer application using TIG welding in accordance with WPS, machining, final inspection, packaging, delivery, and onsite supervision during installation. The work was carried out to restore bearing condition, dimensional accuracy, and service reliability.
